June 24, 2009: After only a couple of days, my peas already sprouted! And I just realized, several weeks later and out in Maryland, that I never took another pea picture. Oops.
June 24, 2009: Woo hoo! Now, grow! We have to go to Ohio.
July 19, 2009: This little guy was not there when Bree checked on the plant, but it was the day after we got home! Hooray for it!
July 19, 2009: These three were the first to appear on the Roma plant. They have not changed much in size since I got home and I am worried that the current heat wave has stunted their growth.
July 19, 2009: When I was crouched next to the pots taking pictures of the Romas, I glanced over to see this little globe making an effort at fruitfulness. Go, tomato! Go! You can do it!
July 26, 2009: See what a little pep-talk can do?
July 26, 2009: And there's another one!
July 26, 2009: Do you see the brand new ones there behind the string?
July 26, 2009: The romas are growing much slower. Makes me nervous about when they will turn red. But the littler ones are catching up to the biggest one!
August 25, 2009: At the start of our trip, I placed the only tomato to have started to turn red on our dashboard. I cannot attest to what this has done to the flavor, but I am determined to eat one of my own tomatoes!
August 25, 2009: Much later in the day, I took another one to attempt to upload a picture to twitpic using Patrick's Blackberry. Worked out ok. I did not notice until I was looking at them next to each other that you can see the tomato has reddened a little! Cool!
